National Cricket Selection committee of Nepal shortlisted the probable players for the upcoming ACC Twenty20 Elite Cup Cricket tournament to be held from November 4th to 13th in United Arab Erimates (UAE).
The selected players are Paresh Lohani, Dipendra Chaudhary, Shakti Gauchan, Gyanendra Malla, Sharad Vesawkar, Amirt Bhattarai, Mahesh Chettri, Biond Das, Paras Khadka, Sanjam Regmi, Anil Mandal, Anupam Singh, Rahuk BK, Binond Bhandari, Chandra Saud, Pramod Basnet, Naresh Budhayer, Rajkumar Pradhan, Pushpa Thapa, Ajay Rajbanshi, Basanta Regmi, Prem Budal and Mehboob Alam. The players are selected in the basis of their performance in recently concluded National Twenty20 cricket league.
Nepal aiming desperately to win this tournament as they rated this tournament as succession ladder for the upcoming ICC World Cricket League Division 5, to be held in Kathmandu, Nepal.
