22 players cross second phase test

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) preferred 22 players for the next stage of close camp eyeing the ACC U-19 Asia Cup to be held in UAE from 28 December to 4 January 2014. Earlier CAN selected 36 players for the close camp on the basis of their performance at the National U-19 Cricket Tournament, where three players were selected as reserve players. Now, those 22 players will be trained and tested before declare the final18 players, where four players will be reserve and 14 players will be the final squad. Experienced Bhuwan Karki named the captain and vice captain is yet to be chosen.
